Shipping Policy – Rug Club
Welcome to Rug Club’s Shipping Policy! We ship both domestically and internationally, so you can enjoy our custom and ready-to-ship rugs no matter where you are.

 

1. Processing & Production Time

  • Order Processing:
    All orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are shipped out.

  • Production for Custom Rugs:
    Custom rugs generally take 1–3 weeks to produce. This timeline may be extended during peak demand (for example, if a video goes viral and we receive a high volume of orders).

 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.)

    • Shipping Carrier: USPS Priority Express

    • Shipping Cost: Rates may vary, but we often offer free shipping during special promotions. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • International

    • Shipping Carriers: Vary by destination, typically national postal services or trusted courier partners.

    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. (Promotional free shipping may also be available during certain sales.)

 

3. Delivery Times

  • U.S. Delivery:
    Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Express.

  • International Delivery:
    Delivery timelines vary by destination but typically range from 10–15 business days. Delays can occur due to customs clearance or local postal backlogs.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Track your shipment directly using the link provided in your confirmation email or via the carrier’s tracking page.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking status indicates “delivered” but you have not received your rug, or if your package seems lost in transit, please contact us at support@customrugclub.com.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes required by their country’s regulations.

  • These fees are typically paid upon delivery and are not included in your Rug Club purchase or shipping fees at checkout.

 

7. Address Changes & Order Adjustments

  • If you need to change your shipping address or make an adjustment to your order, please email us at support@customrugclub.com as soon as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
