• Made-to-Order vs. Ready-to-Ship
  Rug Club offers both custom, made-to-order rugs and ready-to-ship rugs. Certain designs may be in stock and ship immediately, while others require production time.

  We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. In the event of any errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct them and, if necessary, cancel orders.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Order Confirmation

  You can cancel your order within 4 days of placing it. After 4 days, cancellations are not possible, as production may have begun and materials allocated.

• Production and Processing Times

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Production for Custom Rugs: 1–3 weeks, depending on order volume (viral demand may extend this to the full 3 weeks).

• Tracking
  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

• Lost or Delayed Packages
  If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or if the package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@customrugclub.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

• Shipping Costs
  Shipping fees vary by location and may be waived during certain promotional sales or events.
